Narrative
 Ryan suffers from amnesia after being in a car accident. This disease causes him to forget his memories
each day. In order for him to remember things he writes notes to self about his encounters.

 He meets Megan and is lead to believe they are a couple although he has flash backs of his life before
the accident and regularly sees a girl called Beth.

 Beth pleads to Ryan that he doesn’t even know Megan but he is in a vulnerable place and doesn’t
believe her. Ryan thinks Beth is jealous of his new relationship.

 As time passes he begins to realize he has no memories of Megan and becomes suspicious of her when
he seems a woman of her description (necklace) on the news who is believed to be a criminal on the
    loose.

 Ryan goes to find his notes to try and piece together the story and finds that they have disappeared
apart from one note that has replaced the others reading “Have you forgotten something?”

 He turns to be greeted my Megan holding a drink that has previously been poisoned (shown by cross-
cutting) and says “Well have you?” Beth enters the room knocking the drink out of Megan’s hand.

Key Elements
There are a number of elements that must be included
in our short film. This includes some form of time, an
          object and a relevant relationship.
Some ideas we are considering for our time
element include using an over exaggerated sound
of a clock ticking to create a tense atmosphere so
the audience can feel the suspense. Also another
form we considered is a calendar that the main
character Ryan will use to keep track of his days.
We plan on using flashbacks in order to explain
to the audience what happened to Ryan and his
                     previous life before the accident.
The recognised objects we plan to use include
post it notes that Ryan will use frequently to
record any memories that he feels are important
to remember. Also, we aim to use a necklace that
will belong to Megan that is a key element when
the story unfolds to reveal she is the criminal.
The relationships we are going to include are a
friendship between Ryan and Beth that were
previously a couple until his accident where he
forgot they were together and then became
                       convinced he was with Megan.
