currently under construction at a cost of $51 billion that aims to
facilitate trade along an overland route that connects Kashgar and B

12. 2. Some legal loophole they find!!!
The company ________ had come up with an innovative technique to go around the
excise department by claiming that their flagship product X was an edible product
while excise departments claim it is a cosmetic product. Though largely used as a
cosmetic product, ________ ensures that X is never branded or marketed as a
cosmetic product, on packaging or anywhere else. Governments have taken the
company to court over the excise duty to be charged but the company has managed
to win so far. In the 12 September, 2014 judgment of the Allahabad High Court
