Two Worlds, One Universe Think about it….students who are digital natives are becoming…. literary immigrants They won’t buy into the importance of the value of text because of the preponderance of technology in their daily lives In order for teens to buy into our world, we must give them more interactive forms of narratives instead of just a piece of literature (Robert Kenny, Ph.D, “Digital Narrative as a  Curriculum Framework)

Creating continued… Using your vision, make a keyword list to help you with your search.  Always think of alternative images if you cannot find what you’re looking for Find music to match the mood of the book
Rules/ Suggestions Do NOT write a paragraph on a slide! Become a character to tell the story or be an omniscient voice Give the ending a cliffhanger hook or… End the videocast with questions (i.e. booktalking).  DON’T give away the ending!!
