Bjorn Skoglund from SOS Alarm presented the results of testing Advanced Mobile Location (AML) technology in Sweden to provide emergency responders with callers' locations when contacting 112 from mobile phones. Over a series of tests from January to March 2016 involving 85 calls in various environments: - 57 calls provided very accurate locations within 65 meters, with AML text messages arriving within seconds. - Outdoor calls achieved the highest accuracy, with 42 of 43 calls located within 65 meters.
