ODOT and Independent Quality Firm (IQF) Parsons Brinkerhoff applying his diversified knowledge of construction engineering principles to
practices. He performed audits, observations, inspection and supervision of associated construction processes in the$273 m George V.
Voinovich Bridge. The design-build contract was a major interstate reconstruction project located in the heart of Cleveland over the
Cuyahoga River passage from Lake Erie. Mr. Ghosh was responsible for verification and improvement of the quality of all highway elements
including embankments, ramps, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, drainage, water main, pavements, signage, striping, lighting,
maintenance of traffic (MOT) and audited all aspects of bridge constructions and pile driving.
ODOT I-90 Innerbelt Bridge Project (CCG1), Cleveland, OH (5/2011-4/2014) – NICET-certified Soils Project Geologist. Mr. Ghosh
performed an extensive range of duties for quality control and assurance, including observations, inspections, supervision and testing for
soils/aggregate in the $287m George V. Voinovich Bridge design-build contract for Walsh Construction. Mr. Ghosh supervised construction
and inspection of embankments, ramps, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls, roadway pavements, steel work for super/substructures,
drilled shafts, pile driving, drainage, new water main, landscaping, signage, striping and deck placement.
North East Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Easterly Aerated Grit (7/2013-4/2014) – Geologist. Duties included monitoring
and analyzing vibrations from construction activities using inclinometers, tilt meters, seismographs and crack monitors.

geotechnical analyses and methodical characterization of potential landslide sites in interstates, US Routes and State Routes in South East,
South West and Central Ohio. Mr. Ghosh performed identification, rating and reporting of landslide sites, designing the susceptibility maps,
creating and maintaining the landslide database for the State. Specific sites included Tuscarawas, Adams, Brown, Scioto, Columbiana,
Grunsey and Noble counties. Major freeways inspected were I-77, I-70, I-71, I-76, SR-666, US-39, and US-22.
