Dear Chris,
I wanted to congratulate you on a job well done on the CBTL refresh planning
presentation, you did take some time to do this, but the final product was
amazing. Every angle has been thought of, and thoughtfully prepared. You
truly put devotion and commitment and self-discipline to get this done in a
professional and thoughtful manner. This is really what I mean by really
getting your arm around a project with passion and do it without my
reminding of each step, I really appreciate this. There will be a bonus for
you upon the completion of this project, it would definitely increase and
drive new customers to our stores.
You did it by yourself without being told or being asked of each step which
is a very important factor in succeeding with this preliminary step, keep on
doing the same and I am sure you will succeed with the roll out.
