Pain – Unhappiness – Sorrow
– Old Age – Sickness – Death –
There had always been a
struggle to conquer these and
today Living has become too
stressful.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Evolution has been the cause of
un-ending desire and has
damaged the Eco system and
the Scientific Innovations have
disturbed the Planet and the
Cosmic surroundings.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
While Science fights for
‘Verification and Validation
of Data’ - Dozens of Religions
and Thousands of Gods are
drawing together mankind in
the name of Faith. There is
no end to this Conflict.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Science based on Reductionist
principles cannot offer solutions
for Happy Living.
On the other hand, Solutions
based on Quantum Physics like
HOMEOPATHY and Energy
Therapies are saving us.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Traditional Chinese Medicine,
Tibetan Medicine, Cupping,
Acupuncture, Qi Gong exercises,
Tuina massage and Sound and Light
based therapies come under Energy
healing methods. These are all
based on TAO that moves with
Nature.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Health is not simply a composite of
quantifiable entities such as chemical
levels in the blood and urine. It is
ultimately a state of perfect balance -
physical, biochemical, mental,
emotional and spiritual all these four
leading to harmonious economy,
society and status in the corporeal
world.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
describes the Presence of a
Microcosm within every
individual, and accepts Life as
an Intention bound to Time and
Space.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
The Freedom at all levels
for a happy, balanced living
can be attained and attuned
through Proper application
of Acupuncture Skills.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Acupuncture is a healing
intervention at all stages and
an efficacious Drugless
treatment accepted by WHO
and practiced in several
Nations .
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Acupuncture is based on Energy Flow
across the Astral Body that surrounds
the Physical Body and the
penetration of such energy into the
Meridian Points of a Web or Grid that
is described as Jing Luo.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
The passage of energy known as Qi is
possible through the Nitric Oxide
diffusion across the vessels in the body.
The activation of many Neuro-
endocrine substances take place after
the Needling of Acupuncture points.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
The Meridian system can be treated for
almost all disorders ranging from pain
to cancer. Exploration of the Nature and
the Landscapes within the Body, has led
to many groundbreaking healing
techniques.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Acupuncture treatment is
based on the Five elements
Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and
Wood and their mutual
harmony. Healthy Life within
is bound to Time and Space.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Alterative action
- Purification of Qi, resulting in
better communication with
Blood and nourishment of the
Meridians comes under
Alterative action.

Alterative Herbal Medicines and Food Ingredien
already known. Some among them are : TURMERIC, G
PEPPER, CINNAMON, CLOVE BUD, ROSE, BERBERIS VU
PEACH, CARDAMOM, SARSAPARILLA and much more
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Acupuncture Points should be
selected by understanding the
Transformation needed within blocked
meridians. As the treatment is to
promote Abstract Qi – the energy
component, Yang elements Metal and
Fire will be more potent.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Diagnostic principles, Pulse, Tongue and
Palpation techniques should be
integrated however, but the Metal
should be understood as an Alterative
Tool among the Elements.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Fire is an ultimate Transformer of all
the elements including metal.
Water extinguishes the superior Fire
under Febrile conditions.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
A shortlisted group of points that are
Metal and Fire, used during my
practices over a decade, yielded
quicker results. Our team also shared
and validated the Quicker results with
reduced sessions and needles.

This shortlist of Points is given here
not to Undermine one’s intuitive or
analytical search for the treatment
points in any case. The traditional
methods should be applied as usual,
and one point from this list however
will be very efficacious if selected.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
This session also suggests the
integration of Alterative Herbs in
diet, apart from a few sessions of
Acupuncture treatment .
The Points based on Five Patterns of
suffering will play trigger roles for
the Five Physiologies .
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY Acupuncture Scientist
• Taiyang (Small Intestine and Bladder)
• Most expansive, superficial posterior
cold and dark layer (Quenches Heat and
eliminates Stress).
• Vulnerable to cold, stagnations and
anything that catches from behind.
• From SI 1 –> To UB 67
• Heat is discharged off the body (and
blood) - therefore forming the first line of
defense in an external pathogenic attack.
• The point pairs are often used to address
pain/stiffness/numbness issues running
along the course of the back of the body,
from cervical spine to lumbar region and all
along the Autonomic Nervous System.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY
Acupuncture Scientist
• Shaoyang (Sanjiao and Gall Bladder)
• Spaces needed to drain the heat and
toxins stagnated, through Lymph and
lubricate the tendons.
• Guides and Opens everything to lead
thought to clarity
• From TW 1 -> To GB 44
• “pivot” between the opening of Taiyang
and the closing of Yangming - dispersing
clumped Qi. Shaoyang paired with Jueyin,
regulates Qi, blood and heat in the Jueyin
(most notably, the Liver).
• It regulates Humidity, allows lymphatic
drainage and lubricates tendons and opens
fascial spaces and orifices.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY
Acupuncture Scientist
• Yangming (Large Intestine
and Stomach)
• Light up the central physiological
processes to seek routine life
perspectives.
• Awakens to purposeful behavior
and Alerts every space within.
• From LI 1 -> To ST 45
• “interior of the exterior” (the front of the
body). Yangming is “full of Qi and blood” and is
the warm core within Yang and the relatively
solid place from which Yang begins to grow
outward to its eventual dispersal to the
external environment at Taiyang.
It regulates Dryness. If there is abundant Qi and
blood in a body (produced via Yangming) then
Dryness cannot take hold. As Yangming holds
and generates a lot of heat, there is always the
potential for it to slip into Dryness and Yin
Deficiency.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY
Acupuncture Scientist
• Taiyin(Spleen and Lungs)
• Nourishing Blood and keeping the
Form and Life quality in harmony.
• Feeds every cell and pushes blood
to micro-capillaries.
• From SP 1 -> To LU 11
• Two primary functions are
Dampness and Nutrition. The
spleen works on the arterial
capillaries (carrying fresh blood,
oxygen, and nutrition) meet the
venous capillaries (carrying
used/damaged blood, CO2, and
waste).
The lung works on this level
through the exchange of oxygen
and CO2 within the body. The
two work together for
nourishment and elimination.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY
Acupuncture Scientist
• Shaoyin (Kidneys and Heart)
• Sustaining all the Blood properties for
smooth circulation and Calm Life.
• Ensures happiness within and outside.
• From K1 -> To H 9
• Drain heat to clear the heart while
dredging and opening the yin collateral (Luo)
vessels. The channel invigorates and moves
blood around and heat away.
Both the heart and kidneys are sources of
metabolic fire (heat/warmth) in the body.
The Heart is a source of fire through moving
and circulating blood throughout the body;
the Kidneys supply this through Mingmen
Fire.
Unlike Taiyin, the Shaoyin organs/channels
do not work together, but rather have a
relationship of dynamic tension.
Dr Raju C Krishna JINGWELL ACADEMY
Acupuncture Scientist
• Jueyin (Liver and Pericardium)
• Most responsive space needed for Thought, Action and
Survival Powers.
• Decides Performance and Position in Life.
• From LIV 1 -> To P 9
• Fosters yin, nourishes blood, and regulates
distribution of blood to other channels. It “calms
spirit ”, because of the relationship of blood to
the spirit. It also regulates Wind
(neurotransmission), the suddenness of which
causes disturbances in the circulation of blood.
•
Liver stores blood for the whole body, while
Pericardium stores blood for the Heart and
Brain. Jueyin, is used for dredging the channels
to move and restore normal blood circulation,
and thereby address both spirit issues and Wind.
(Cognitive, Behavioral).

JING & LUO
Heaven moves down, Earth moves upwards, to create
Physiologies in Man.
Waves of Heaven and Particles of Earth created us. Heaven
is subtle and invisible and corresponds to images and
ideas, Earth is substance and form and corresponds to
physicality.
Heaven gives thoughts while Earth gives form; this is a
vertical axis of Heaven and Earth in humans - represented
by the heart and kidney. The kidney fills the Marrow in the
bones and the brain. Heart stores the Mind (Spirit) and
therefore processes the thoughts through the brain.
Zang organs receive terrestrial inputs of Dampness/ Heat/
Wind through the Yin meridians that crawl upward from
the feet to the finger tips of the upper extremities.
Fu organs receive celestial inputs to harmonize these three
properties through the Yang meridians that drop
downward in the reverse (through the Head).
The 6 – Vertical JING (Meridians)
Dawn  Noon  Dusk  Midnight
Lu>LI>ST>SP> H>SI>UB>K> P>SJ>GB>LIV
Luo – are the Collaterals that are transverse branches bifurcating from the Jing
(Meridians). There are fifteen collaterals in all (each of the twelve regular channels has
a collateral, plus the Ren and Du channels, and the great collateral of the spleen).
The Limb collaterals of the yin channels run towards the yang channels while the
collaterals of the yang channels run to their related yin channels.
The Trunk collateral of the Ren channel spreads over the abdomen. The collateral of
the Du channel disperses throughout the head and branches off to join the Taiyang
channel of the foot.
The great collateral of the spleen is distributed over the chest and hypochondriac
regions.
The Luo strengthen the function of the Jing and closely connect the exterior-interior
related channels. They assist the transportation and distribution of qi and blood in
order to moisten and nourish the whole body.
While Qi of the JING descends abruptly or crawls upward swiftly, within the LUO it disperses
gently like a feather and diffuses into the micro capillaries and cells.
Thank you
