job well done, and entitlement for being an employee of the company.
As a major expenses to influence employee behaviors and to improve
organization performances, for manager.
For society, as a measure of justice, benefits as reflection of justice.
The Legal Aspects are
1. Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 59 Tahun 2003 Tentang Tunjangan
Jabatan bagi Pejabat Negara di Lingkungan Lembaga Tertinggi/Tinggi Negara,
Pasal 1 Ayat 1 and 2.
Ayat 1: “Kepada Ketua Lembaga Tertinggi/Tinggi Negara, Wakil Ketua Lembaga
Tertinggi/Tinggi Negara, Ketua Muda Mahkamah Agung, dan Anggota Lembaga
Tinggi Negara diberikan tunjangan jabatan Pejabat Negara setiap bulan.”
Ayat 2:“d. Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Agung,
Anggota Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan, dan Hakim Anggota Mahkamah Agung adalah
sebesar Rp 9.700.000,00 (sembilan juta tujuh ratus ribu rupiah).”

“Calon anggota DPR, DPD, DPRD Provinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota harus
memenuhi syarat:
 warga negara Republik Indonesia yang berumur 21 (dua puluh satu) tahun atau lebih;
 bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa;
 berdomisili di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;
 cakap berbicara, membaca, dan menulis dalam bahasa Indonesia;
 berpendidikan serendah-rendahnya SLTA atau sederajat;
 setia kepada Pancasila sebagai dasar negara, Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, dan cita-cita Proklamasi 17
Agustus 1945;
 bukan bekas anggota organisasi terlarang Partai Komunis Indonesia, termasuk organisasi massanya, atau bukan orang yang terlibat langsung
ataupun tak langsung dalam G30S/PKI, atau organisasi terlaranglainnya;
 tidak sedangdicabut hak pilihnya berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap;
 tidak sedang menjalani pidana penjara berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan tindak
pidanayang diancamdengan pidana penjara 5 (lima) tahun atau lebih;
 sehatjasmani dan rohani berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan dari dokter yang berkompeten; dan
 terdaftar sebagai pemilih.”

the jobs and the value of DPR
before defining the allowances
Conclusion
The legal aspects are well implemented, however those are too
general.
I learn more about the implementation of legal aspects and the
impacts.

Critical Review/ Analyses  Almost all compensation legal aspects have been applied in DPR system  The total allowance is quite much  Some allowances are not appropriate and not meaningful, such as honor allowance, money package, communication incentives, and special pph.  Requirement to become the candidate is inadequate
  • 14. Suggestion  Allocate the allowaces for the society  DPR have to give and show their great and real effort  Election process and rule have to be justified  The law have to cosider more about the jobs and the value of DPR before defining the allowances
  • 15. Conclusion The legal aspects are well implemented, however those are too general. I learn more about the implementation of legal aspects and the impacts.
