lost or damaged mid-lease, or at lease turn-in, allows our dealers to mitigate the risk of hurting their SSI/CSI
by providing a solution to the problem, before it ever actually becomes a problem. Dealers that fix problems
the first time, or provide a solution to a problem, are the dealers that will not only win on CSI/SSI, they will
also bolster their repeat customer business.
