The Director Check Match is paid every week at the end of the pay period and is based on a floating percentage of the
company wide commissionable volume. Alivamax guarantees a 55% weekly companywide payout of commissionable
volume. The Director Check Match is calculated after team commissions and other bonuses are paid, which means all
remaining available commissionable volume of the 55% available is put into the Director’s Check Match program. To
