thoughts and behaviors are

• Whatever thoughts you have,
especially the thoughts that you
keep on thinking about on a daily
basis, it is important that you
take action as soon as possible to

take massive action steps to align

• You can start out slowly with
small steps, but they do have to
align with your thoughts.
