Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.

• We are focusing more on any one or two areas
• This neglect in other areas is causing us unrest
• We are always short of time
• We do not set priorities
• We are always using time without any thoughtful consideration
7. How to restart
• Examine yourself and your routine once a week
• Reset priorities
• Try to stick to routine for 20% of the time and it will give you 80%
results
• Create time, use time wisely
• Make an effort for the desired results
8. Ask yourself….
• What deliberate weekly/daily steps do you require to maintain
emotional balance?
• What hobbies, activities or interests energize you?
• What can you do this week to strengthen one of your important
relationships?
• What can you do to bring your strengths and sense of meaning more
into your life?
• What are your health goals- these are the ones that are often the first
to go when stresses but the most beneficial?
9. HOW
• Recognize when I’m stressed and take 5 min to calm myself- ‘breath,
plan, continue’
• Exercise at least 4 times per week
• Take time once a day to meditate for at least 5 minutes
• Connect with two friends a week- go for a walk, dinner etc.
• Practice gratitude
• Allocate time for each section of your being
• REPEAT
10. 8 LAWS OF PRODUCTIVITY
• Plan the night before
• Make a to do list of bite sized tasks that will take you to the big goal
• Wake up early
• These hours are ultra productive
• Use a decision matrix
• If it’s meaningless, throw it away
• If it’s simple and quick, do it right away
• If it’s simple and time consuming, outsource it.
• If it’s crucial, make time to DIY

There will always be distractions in life , you have to block out the noise
and prioritize ruthlessly

Try different environments to find your optimal one
Then recreate it everyday
