2. Movie story board In this scene we find two of the main characters in the mist of their final confrontation the unknown Predator sent to clean up the aliens that escape from a crash transport and the Mutated Horror that is the Pred-alien a terrifying combination of the deadliest parts of both Alien and Predator, in which both find themselves equally match. On for them; the remaining Aliens and humans of whom we see the emotions before being vaporized by the falling Atom bomb.
3. Continuity editing This is used in the scene that we have chosen and this is used to give the action a smooth picture and to show the movie in a linear order.
4. Jump cut This is used in the movie to distort the audience and make the action seem more jumpy and rough, this makes it link to clip as it is a fight scene.
5. Eye line match This is used in the movie to show that the Predator and the alien are looking at each other, showing the audience that they are going to fight till the death.
6. Special effects This is used in the movie to make all of the action scenes feel more realistic and it makes all of the scene look more eye catching for the audience e.g. (the actor of alien would be in a green room and they would use special effects to get the shape and all of the features that alien has).
7. Match on action This is used in the film to save time and it builds up tension with the audience. An example of this
8. Parallel editing This is used in the movie to show different places in the clip e.g. There is a shot of the humans looking in the sky and then there is a shot of a US army jet flying by dropping an A bomb.
9. Cross cutting This is used in the movie to show the audience what is happening in three different places at the same time ( Alien and Predator are both fighting each other, mean while the US army are going to drop an A bomb and the humans are waiting for help.
