Ian McLeod worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for an introductory engineering course at Arizona State University. He helped develop a new class design project involving renewable energy, motors, and automation. Ian worked closely with the professor to improve course materials and ensure lively class discussions. He also quickly responded to an incident of student intoxication to ensure the student received support. The professor was impressed with Ian's leadership, experience from internships and extracurricular activities, and his strong drive to succeed as an engineer. She believes he is highly deserving and will continue growing as an intellectual professional.
