• Carries out admission of patients (register); Initiates an individual patient file (parameters,

Participating in health education of the patient (and family) when necessary.

• Conducting routine outpatient consultations for various medical and
nutritional illnesses, treating outpatient cases
• Supervising and training nurse-aids, nutritional assistants and other staffs
under my supervision.
• Understanding, advocating, implementing, and monitoring universal hygiene
standards/precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security
regulations, and other protocols and procedures in medical facilities, as well
as guaranteeing high levels of cleanliness in the working environment.
• Organizing and carrying out medical prescription-based care and treatments,
as well as aiding during consultations, daily rounds, and other medical
procedures.
• Identifying Sexually Gender Based Violence victims and referring them to

plan (number and frequency of the meals, medical visit, weight
measurement, etc.) and other general information.
• Preparing nutrition meals (therapeutic milk) using the correct techniques and
proper hygiene standards.
• Distributing meals according to medical prescriptions for each patient,
ensuring that no other food is given in place. Reporting on daily basis, the
intake of the patients under nutritional treatment.
• Providing hygienic training and sanitation education to children, mothers and
the targeted population and stimulating mothers to breast-feed.
• Delivers medical care for children suffering from acute malnutrition.
• Performs basic health care (swabbing, applying local treatments, etc.).
• Follows rules about hygiene and asepsis.
