  • #14 Our Solution: (1) Field Information Integration. Alleantia Supporting Technology. Technical information are mostly available from the field. Closely integrating field with IT system allows the use of information already available (on devices, PLCs, etc.) to create the ‘technical Data Master’ (the ‘Field’ Layer), and use the information in all processes. In such way, avoiding duplication and overhead, improving data quality, providing additional critical information. ‘just’ need to get it PARTE DI QUESTE INFORMAZIONI PERò GIA’ ESISTE.

  • #17 IMPATTO SULL’ANAGRAFICA DEL FABBRICATO IoT system has full knowledge of technical equipment. Starting from its technical data sheet and configuration information. Avoiding overhead, duplicated information. One Field Data Master.
  • #18 IMPATTO SULLE MANUTENZIONI E SULLA PIANIFICAZIONE ATTIOVITA’ E OTTIMIZZAZIONE RISORSE IoT System provides continuous flow of information from the field with a set of information very useful for planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and predictive maintenance, and for energy management and optimization Maintenance Plan. Based on routine maintenance plan of any product, and the plant data set, the system automatically generates maintenance plans. Faults. Not only the fault can generate a operations ticket, but the maintenance plan and resources management is updated. The maintenance plans goes from static to dynamic Usage information such as up-to-date runtime hours, switch on/off, residual lifespan before maintenance. All such information are used for optimizing maintenance schedule, predictive maintenance, and energy management.
  • #19 MIGLIORAMENTO SLA
  • #20 The Solution: (2) Bulding-to-Process Integration and Effective Information Visualization From 2D to 3D: Why ? 3D is much more effective than 2D. 2D is a partial information set, requires specialist and experts, and needs additional information from field (e.g. preliminary inspections). 3D provides the full view in all dimensions, very relevant in plants and buildings. Building Virtual Reality reproduction together with technical information, it allows technicians to prepare in advance for intervention, adding speed, efficiency and quality of service, especially when maintenance downtime must be reduced to minimum (e.g. surgery rooms, heating systems). The focus of easy information access is to improve flexibility of maintenance crews: develop plant and equipment expertise through use of handy information when required. The maintainer becomes specialized technician who uses the technologies: access the product data sheet / plant in front of him, access to the design CAD system, the maintenance report, the user manual, making full use of the available information and extending its sensing capabilities.
  • #22 The Future: Augmented Reality. The last step is to provide in real time plant and field information to the technician while on the field. Fast access to readable and useful information is a critical task for the efficient and effective maintenance. First step is to provide such geo-referenced information on a rugged tablet providing visual information and field information. Second step will be to introduce wearable systems to ease information access integrating with the real visual information, while keeping free hands and making the assisted experience natural.
  • #24 The 3D Building information set can be used as a Service Platform for creating new services. A synergy and integration between plant architecture and information systems combines to enhance even the core business of the customer. For example, use 3D building information for Virtual guided tours in 3D (Antinori, museums or anyone else), Exhibition spaces and museums where visitors access to information, advertising, etc.
