specific options.
 Achieve Campaign Completion targets every month and especially take care of
pending campaigns on stock vehicles .
 Cross checking status of campaigns in ADP for better campaign management
through the DMS
 Weekly report of claimed PQIS lines in PPN against closed WIPS in ADP
 Monitoring Parts request and forwarding to Parts department to maintain target for
normal and express parts requests
 Responsible for Porsche Service Analysis and follow-up audits results and will sit
with Warranty auditors for the audit
 On-call support for Service Advisors for questions related to warranty cases and job
cards
 Assisting and overlooking Warranty advisor with reporting of Porsche Approved
