AKTIIVI Plus is a coordination project run by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture that aims to promote networking, cooperation, and sharing of best practices between projects funded by the same ESF development program. It seeks to anticipate, research, and evaluate the achievement of objectives for this program. The project involves numerous sub-projects developing open learning environments, such as experiential and mobile learning projects, and projects strengthening collaboration between educational institutions, libraries, and civil society organizations. It aims to create active networks and share information to increase competence and efficiency in local democracy and open learning.
