Cafeteria, Hostels & other Facilities Management, Bill Processing, Customer
Management, CLRA Compliances :
 Administration Management of the Institution. Overseeing Management of Estate,
Maintenance, Security, Cafeteria, Medical, Horticulture and liaison.
 Planning budget and forwarding to “Higher Management” and Making optimum use of
budgetary allocations.
 Drafting the Policies and Member of the Policy making team & Mess Committee.
 Member of Team for Vendor Selection and Looking after Vendor Management &
Legal compliances. AMC of Equipment’s and AC’s
 Travel and transport Management. Co-ordination of activities of the institute. Assisting
the “Event Management team” in Planning for events and arrangement of student tours.
Co-ordinator for the tours of “Staff and Students” both “Educational and recreational”.

 Assisting School Principal in drafting letters to CBSE and to other schools, looking
after Teacher’s attendance and forwarding the monthly attendance & Leave record to
HR.
 Facilitating Students in applying for and obtaining their passports. Tracking application
status , receipts and keeping record of same.
 Helping the New joiners in joining formalities, their initial settlement, and
acclimatisation to/ Familiarisation with the Area. Obtaining joining documents from
them and forwarding to HR.
 Management of the working staff approx. 250.
 About Vidyagyan : Vidyagyan Leadership Academy is an institution by
Shiv Nadar Foundation for the rural, poor, meritorious students of UP, which
provides Free Education including boarding and lodging to about 1000+
students. Spread in the area of 30+ Acers, Contains 178 Hostel rooms in 6
Hostels, 84 Flats (2 BHK, 3BHK) and other utilities like Educational Blocks,
Library. Labs, Arts Rooms, Sports Facilities, Gym, Multi-utility halls, Café
Laundry etc.
