Network KPI’s (CDR, CSSR and utilization …etc), system licenses
monitoring and sales commission
scheme effectiveness.
• Network performance impact on revenues and customer
experience in addition to monitoring churn behavior and
accordingly identifying and reacting to churn causes.
• Subscriber base segmentation based on the subscriber age, ARPU
Segmentation.
• Subscribers target and control list selection for Pilots, effective
tracking and profitability assessment
• Daily, Weekly, Bi weekly and monthly Offers tracking reports in
term of Subs, Revenues, ARPU, AMPU in order to track offer
performance and evaluate the impact.
• Daily, Weekly, Bi weekly and monthly Sales performance and
quality reporting in term of Activation, recharge, revenues.
• Develop Network Performance tracking reports
• Provide business and technical solutions to different business
applications.
• Manage the resources of the Business Intelligence
Group to execute business plans and develop processes designed to
