A panel presentation sharing a model for faculty/counselor externships that “Works”. A counselor will share her experience in the workplace along with the project she developed based on her experience. Each participant will receive a CD of the project along with the process and projects developed to date.
Total Quality Management (TQM) is framework for the improvement of quality. It involves doing things right first time and every time. For its successful implementation, there is a strong need of everyone’s participation from the institution rather than the only involvement of only senior management. Successful completion of the product requires the student to participate as a worker, co managing the learning process. Standardized descriptions of Quality Management has to be understood, in this mission.

Mr. Sam van der Staak, Senior Programme Manager, Political Parties Team, International IDEA gave a very interesting and informative talk on the topic of Money in Politics. The talk was attended by PRIA staff and development executives from several Delhi based NGOs. Mr. Staak was particularly happy to see the women’s participation in the event and said that the discussion on politics should not be limited to men.
