- Troubleshooting, root cause identification and remedial job proposal: “Proved interpretation”
· SIT18: Well was activated by ESP. Casing leak.
· SIT34: Well was activated by sucker rod pump. Build-up of skin (Plugged perforations).
· CER1: Well was activated by ESP. pump gas lock.
· CER6AS: Well activated by ESP. Coming of viscous fluid
· GUE5A: Well activated by ESP. Plugging in the casing below the pump (above the
permanent packer) causing the production parameters instability
· GUE5A: Well activated by ESP. Circulation (Leak in the tubing string)
· GUE12: New drilled well, activated by ESP. Viscous deposits in the casing and sucked by the
pump…
- Creation of booklet describing the wells state and evaluating the remaining reserves (decline curves:
log10 (Fo) Vs Np). It contains all well completions, remaining reserves and interesting geological
layers
- Production Optimization study: Review of the installed artificial lift technologies and their production
parameters and identification of the wells requiring the used technology replacement. “Study was
checked and approved by expert”
- Wells modeling: ESP & SRP design (Using: Hand calculation, PROSPER, DesignRite, Solutions, AutographPC,
ECHOMETER QRod, and PIPESIM)
- Surface Network modeling and optimization (Using PIPESIM software)
- Replacement of CERCINA expedition pumps (offshore field): Network modeling & installation
design (Used pump was TRIPLEX / the new one is PCP pump)
- Preparation of ESP’s call for tenders: Preparation of the scope of work and tenders evaluation (Scope
of Work, evaluation strategy and tender evaluation)
- Participation to the PtL (Produce the limit) sessions
- ESP stock optimization by ESP sets standardization (Use of the minimum ESP sets for the maximum number
of wells)
