PROJECT BACKGROUND
• Ambuja Neotia Group and has investments in various group companies for undertaking development
of Real Estate, Hospitality Healthcare & Education projects.
• The main business of these subsidiary companies is to develop residential and commercial properties in
Kolkata city.
• Ambuja Neotia has decided to implement Salesforce CRM to Sales, Service & Marketing cloud.
• CRM Technology shall be pivotal to Ambuja Neotia to leverage its capacity and reach to cater the
dynamic and challenging needs its customers.
• Stetig and Ambuja Neotia teams have discussed on the business requirements around the various
modules to be implemented on a high level which would be further detailed by the implementation team
SCOPE OF WORK – SALES & SERVICE CLOUD
The high level scope of work are as follows:
 Transition from Platform License to Sales Cloud
• Migration of functionalities build on Platform licenses to Sales cloud licenses.
 Lead Management
 Lead Scoring - Automated Scoring of leads based on activities done on lead
 Integrations - Automated lead inflow from websites, micro sites, property portals and emails
 Facebook/Insta/LinkedIn integrations will be done via Zapier
Out of Scope : Any other form of integration with the social handles are out of scope
 Site Visit
 Module to capture the details of Site visit by the SM -
 Blocking of Opportunity
 Booking of Opportunity
Once the SV is done and the customer agrees to book/block the unit, then we will provide feature to capture the basic
details like the agreement value etc. and mark the opportunity as blocked/booked.
 CP Management - Only CP tagging for particular leads will be provided.
Out of Scope : Standard functionality/feature and no custom implementation would be done.
Inventory management, Quotation Management, Blocking/booking management, Discounts and Approvals management not
considered in the current scope and would be undertaken from custom modules built in ERP.
No brokerage calculation considered for CP Management.
SCOPE OF WORK – SALES & SERVICE CLOUD
 Case Management
 Tickets/Cases will be created by emails, calls, social media
(up to 2 handles) and manually
 Forms.
 Assignment logic
 Escalation logic
Objects(Tables) Demand, Receipts, Credit notes, Debit notes will be created in Salesforce but the
data will be manually uploaded.
 CTI Integration - Ozonetel will be the CTI provider
 Integrate with the telephony solution with recording
 Offline integration for making calls from the Salesforce mobile app using Ozonetel.
1. Automated calling to leads as soon as the lead is received
2. Automated calling to leads on the follow-up date/time
3. Call Disposition update on Ozonetel through API
4. Deleting any leads from the Ozonetel calling queue

 Creation of email templates (10-15 templates) for IP
warm-ups and journeys;
 Executing IP warm-up and monitoring IP and domain
reputation;
 Sharing of Reports;
 Setting up of SMS channels;
 Creation and Execution of 2 journeys (as part of the
project setup)

PROJECT BACKGROUND • Ambuja Neotia Group and has investments in various group companies for undertaking development of Real Estate, Hospitality Healthcare & Education projects. • The main business of these subsidiary companies is to develop residential and commercial properties in Kolkata city. • Ambuja Neotia has decided to implement Salesforce CRM to Sales, Service & Marketing cloud. • CRM Technology shall be pivotal to Ambuja Neotia to leverage its capacity and reach to cater the dynamic and challenging needs its customers. • Stetig and Ambuja Neotia teams have discussed on the business requirements around the various modules to be implemented on a high level which would be further detailed by the implementation team

SCOPE OF WORK – SALES & SERVICE CLOUD The high level scope of work are as follows:  Transition from Platform License to Sales Cloud • Migration of functionalities build on Platform licenses to Sales cloud licenses.  Lead Management  Lead Scoring - Automated Scoring of leads based on activities done on lead  Integrations - Automated lead inflow from websites, micro sites, property portals and emails  Facebook/Insta/LinkedIn integrations will be done via Zapier Out of Scope : Any other form of integration with the social handles are out of scope  Site Visit  Module to capture the details of Site visit by the SM -  Blocking of Opportunity  Booking of Opportunity Once the SV is done and the customer agrees to book/block the unit, then we will provide feature to capture the basic details like the agreement value etc. and mark the opportunity as blocked/booked.
  • 8.  CP Management - Only CP tagging for particular leads will be provided. Out of Scope : Standard functionality/feature and no custom implementation would be done. Inventory management, Quotation Management, Blocking/booking management, Discounts and Approvals management not considered in the current scope and would be undertaken from custom modules built in ERP. No brokerage calculation considered for CP Management. SCOPE OF WORK – SALES & SERVICE CLOUD  Case Management  Tickets/Cases will be created by emails, calls, social media (up to 2 handles) and manually  Forms.  Assignment logic  Escalation logic Objects(Tables) Demand, Receipts, Credit notes, Debit notes will be created in Salesforce but the data will be manually uploaded.  CTI Integration - Ozonetel will be the CTI provider  Integrate with the telephony solution with recording  Offline integration for making calls from the Salesforce mobile app using Ozonetel. 1.
