This document outlines a technical presentation proposal about Agile and Scrum. The presentation will be given by Rex Lorenzo and Alfonso Roman from the CCLE - OID department at UCLA. It will discuss their experience using Agile methodologies since 2012, problems it aims to address, and how Scrum certification and advice can help implement Agile in small teams of 2-3 people.
