This document outlines ZipReward's recruiting plan which provides incentives for ZipRealty agents or employees to recruit qualified real estate agents or employees. Under the plan, recruiters can earn $500-$1,000 for recruits that stay 3 months or $1,000-$2,000 for those that stay 6 months. Recruiters must choose between the ZipOne or ZipTwo options and rewards are paid after the recruit's qualifying tenure period. The plan has eligibility rules and is administered by ZipRealty management who can modify or end the plan at any time.
