The SCB-2615 is a compact network security appliance designed for small office and home office networks. It uses a Freescale P1015E/P1024E processor and supports DDR3 memory, two Gigabit Ethernet ports with bypass functionality, and four switched Gigabit Ethernet ports. Additional features include storage interfaces, mini-PCIe expansion, and standard I/O ports. The appliance measures 9.4" x 6" x 1.6" and is intended for network security applications in small network environments.

Introduction
The SCB-2615 is a compact network security platform designed for Internet security applications. It is suitable for
SOHO (Small Office, Home Office), SMB (Small Medium Business), and ROBO (Remote Office, Branch Office)
segments. It is designed with Freescale™ P1015E/P1024E processor and support DDR3 On-board memory. The
SCB-2615 supports two GbE ports with bypass function & four GbE Switch ports base on Atheros® AR8035/AR8327.
Each Ethernet interface has LED indicators for activity and transfer rate status. For easy access, the back panel has
one USB 2.0 ports and one console port for local system management, maintenance and diagnostics. The SCB-2615
has a place reserved for an optional slim-type 2.5" SATA HDD and one mini-PCIe slot for wireless Ethernet module. It
is FCC and CE compliant.

Excel Fire Modeling and CFAST Integration_Handout

Rob Plonski presented on integrating Excel fire modeling with the zone fire model CFAST. The Excel model allows for rapid development of varying heat release rate profiles and flashover analyses. It produces an input file for CFAST, adding a user interface. The integration enables fast comparison of scenarios and sensitivity analysis. Future work includes improving the heat release rate database and simulation time, integrating with CFAST V6, and adding Monte Carlo analysis. The goal is to provide a simple yet capable fire modeling tool.

This document describes CFAST modeling of a fire that occurred in 5 apartments of similar geometry but with varying ventilation conditions and fuel loads. Input files were created for each apartment in CFAST to model the fire. The time to flashover was calculated for each apartment based on the critical heat release rate and upper layer temperature equations. The sprinkler activation times from the CFAST simulations are also reported. The goal of the modeling was to investigate how the different conditions in each apartment affected fire growth and sprinkler response.
