PARK WITH EASE
AT SUMMERFEST!
Parking lots open daily at 9:00 am. Preferred Parking is only $20 and Exclusive Parking is only
$35. All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pre-paid parking passes for specific dates
during Summerfest may be purchased online, at the Summerfest Box Office and via phone.
Your Best Route
From the West:Take I-94 East to St. Paul Avenue/James Lovell Street exit. Stay right
to St. Paul Avenue. Left (east) on St. Paul Avenue to Water Street. Right (south) on Water
Street to Erie Street. Left (south/east) on Erie Street to Polk Street. Left (east) on Polk Street
to the Summerfest South Gate ahead.
From the North: Take I-43 South to I-794 East. East on I-794 to Plankinton Avenue exit.
North on Plankinton Avenue to Michigan Street. Right (east) on Michigan Street to Water
Street. Right (south) on Water Street to Erie Street. Left (south/east) on Erie Street to Polk
Street. Left (east) on Polk Street to the Summerfest South Gate ahead.
From the South:
Take I-794 West (northbound) to Lincoln Memorial Drive/ Michigan Street exit. Straight
(north) on Lincoln Memorial Drive to Michigan Street. Right (east) on Michigan Street to
Harbor Drive. Right (south) on Harbor Drive toward Polk Street and Summerfest South Gate
on the left.
I-43 North to I-794 East.East on I-794 to Plankinton Avenue exit. North on
Plankinton Avenue to Michigan Street. Right (east) on Michigan Street to Water Street.
Right (south) on Water Street to Erie Street. Left (south/east) on Erie Street to Polk Street.

Milwaukee County Transit System
Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) offers easy options that get you straight to
the gates of Summerfest. Catch an MCTS Freeway Flyer or an Ozaukee County Express
from designated parking lots. You can also take advantage of the MCTS Downtown
Shuttle along Wisconsin Avenue and park within walking distance of a Shuttle stop.
Or, you can ride a local bus route and walk a short distance to the Summerfest Grounds.

MCTS Freeway Flyer Service
For a fast and easy way to the Summerfest Mid Gate, park at any of the following Park-
Ride lots and hop on a Freeway Flyer to Summerfest:
College: College Avenue, at I-94 (both lots)
Ryan Road: Ryan Road, at I-94
Whitnall/Hales Corners: I-43, east of S. 108th Street
State Fair Park: I-94, S. 76th and W. Kearney
Burleigh/Mayfair Collection: Just north of Burleigh Street, east of U.S. Hwy 45 at
114th Street
Holt: Holt Avenue, west of I-94
Loomis: Loomis Road, south of Coldspring Road
Brown Deer East: Brown Deer Road, west of I-43
Weekday Schedule (Approximate Times)
11:30 am – 5:00 pm: Service every 30 minutes from Park-Ride lots and Summerfest
5:00 pm – 12:30 am: Service every 15 minutes from Park-Ride lots and Summerfest

Fares
Freeway Flyer round-trip cash fares: $6.50 for adults, $3 for children (ages 6 - 11),
seniors (65 and over) and persons with disabilities with proper ID. Children under the
age of 6 ride free when accompanied by an adult.
Freeway Flyer round-trip with MCTS M•CARD: Stored value of $4.70 for adults, $3 for
children (6-11), seniors (65 and over) and disabled persons with proper ID. Riders with
a 1-, 7- or 31-Day Pass on an M•CARD add $2; Children ages 6-11, seniors age 65 and
over, and disabled persons add 80¢.
Pay full amount of fare when boarding to Summerfest. Exact fare required.
TRAIN SERVICE TO MILWAUKEE
Amtrak Hiawatha Service
Coming to Summerfest from Chicago or Racine/Kenosha? This summer, jam without traffic
by taking the train with Amtrak Hiawatha Service between Chicago and Milwaukee. Amtrak
Hiawatha offers easy access to Summerfest from the downtown Milwaukee Intermodal
Station. You can catch the train from Chicago Union Station, Glenview in the northern
suburbs and Sturtevant in the Racine/Kenosha Area. Visit AmtrakHiawatha.com for details.
BUS AND SHUTTLE SERVICE
Wisconsin Coach Lines / Coach USA Milwaukee
Waukesha Service
The shuttle originates from the Nagawaukee Park-Ride in Delafield (Hwy 83 and I-94).
Other pick-ups include the Meadowbrook Park-Ride lot (I-94 and County Highway G) and
Goerke’s Corners Park-Ride lot (I-94 and Barker Road). The shuttle drop-off and pick-up at
Summerfest is located west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street. The shuttle operates every
day of Summerfest beginning at 11:00 am with the last shuttle departing Summerfest
at 12:15 am. Round-trip tickets are $10 and purchased at point of origin. Children under
12 who are accompanied by an adult are $5 when they purchase a roundtrip ticket prior

Racine & Kenosha Service
Wisconsin Coach Lines offers seven (7) northbound and southbound weekday trips and four
(4) weekend/holiday trips
per day as part of their daily commuter service to serve Racine and Kenosha Summerfest

Ozaukee County Express
Operated by Milwaukee County Transit System, Ozaukee County Express provides
service every 20 minutes from 11:30 am to 12:30 am each day, starting at the Saukville
Walmart (Hwy 33 and Green Bay Ave.). The bus will depart 13 minutes later from the
Target/Home Depot (Hwy 60) in Grafton. On weekdays and Saturdays from 5:30 to 8:30
pm and Sundays from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, service increases to approximately every 15
minutes. Fare is $7 cash, round-trip for adults and $3.50 round-trip for children (6-11),
seniors (65 and older) and persons with disabilities with proper ID. Riders with a 1-, 7-
or 31-Day Pass on an M•CARD add $2. With the M•CARD, fare is $4.70 for adults, $3 for
children (6-11), seniors (65 and over) and disabled persons with proper ID. Riders with
a 1-, 7- or 31-Day Pass on an M•CARD add $2 in cash; children ages 6-11, seniors age 65
and over, and disabled persons add 80¢.
GO Riteway Summerfest Shuttle from
Washington County
Park your car - it’s FREE, then take GO Riteway’s shuttle to Summerfest from two convenient
locations in Washington County: the Washington County Fair Park, Highway 45 and Pleasant
Valley Road, and the Life Church parking lot in Germantown Center, Mequon Road and
Squire Drive. Daily round-trip service is offered throughout the day, beginning at 11:00
a.m. from Washington County Fair Park; and 11:30 a.m. from the Life Church parking lot
in Germantown. Return service from Summerfest is offered hourly from 4:00 pm with the
final bus departing Summerfest at 12:30 am. GO Riteway’s shuttle drop off and pickup loca-
tion at Summerfest is the North Gate. Round-trip fare to the Fest is $15 for adults and $5

Badger Bus
Madison Service
Badger Bus will offer special service from Madison to Summerfest five (5) times a day
during the festival. Departures on those days will be from UW-Madison at 10:45 am, 1:00
pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check the online schedule for departure times from
other Madison stops. The bus will drop off at the Wisconsin Coach stop at East Michigan and
Jackson Street, four blocks from the Summerfest North Gate. Passengers will be picked up
at the same location for return to Madison four times each day - 5:45 pm, 8:00 pm, 9:20 pm
and 11:55 pm. Purchase tickets online at BadgerBus.com/summerfest for a special round
trip fare from Madison to Summerfest of only $25. Tickets will be available for walk-up from
the Union or Kelley’s Market for the regular round trip price of $44 on a space available
basis. Email info@badgerbus.com for more information.
U-PASS (summer semester), Freedom Pass, GO Pass and the Commuter Value Pass
are accepted as full fare on all MCTS buses and on Ozaukee County Express buses to
Summerfest.

Exact fare required. TRAIN SERVICE TO MILWAUKEE Amtrak Hiawatha Service Coming to Summerfest from Chicago or Racine/Kenosha? This summer, jam without traffic by taking the train with Amtrak Hiawatha Service between Chicago and Milwaukee. Amtrak Hiawatha offers easy access to Summerfest from the downtown Milwaukee Intermodal Station. You can catch the train from Chicago Union Station, Glenview in the northern suburbs and Sturtevant in the Racine/Kenosha Area. Visit AmtrakHiawatha.com for details. BUS AND SHUTTLE SERVICE Wisconsin Coach Lines / Coach USA Milwaukee Waukesha Service The shuttle originates from the Nagawaukee Park-Ride in Delafield (Hwy 83 and I-94). Other pick-ups include the Meadowbrook Park-Ride lot (I-94 and County Highway G) and Goerke’s Corners Park-Ride lot (I-94 and Barker Road). The shuttle drop-off and pick-up at Summerfest is located west of the Mid Gate on Chicago Street. The shuttle operates every day of Summerfest beginning at 11:00 am with the last shuttle departing Summerfest at 12:15 am. Round-trip tickets are $10 and purchased at point of origin. Racine & Kenosha Service Wisconsin Coach Lines offers seven (7) northbound and southbound weekday trips and four (4) weekend/holiday trips per day as part of their daily commuter service to serve Racine and Kenosha Summerfest attendees. Ozaukee County Express Operated by Milwaukee County Transit System, Ozaukee County Express provides service every 20 minutes from 11:30 am to 12:30 am each day, starting at the Saukville Walmart (Hwy 33 and Green Bay Ave.). The bus will depart 13 minutes later from the Target/Home Depot (Hwy 60) in Grafton. On weekdays and Saturdays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm and Sundays from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, service increases to approximately every 15 minutes. Fare is $7 cash, round-trip for adults and $3.50 round-trip for children (6-11), seniors (65 and older) and persons with disabilities with proper ID. GO Riteway Summerfest Shuttle from Washington County Park your car - it’s FREE, then take GO Riteway’s shuttle to Summerfest from two convenient locations in Washington County: the Washington County Fair Park, Highway 45 and Pleasant Valley Road, and the Life Church parking lot in Germantown Center, Mequon Road and Squire Drive. Daily round-trip service is offered throughout the day, beginning at 11:00 a.m. from Washington County Fair Park; and 11:30 a.m. from the Life Church parking lot in Germantown. Return service from Summerfest is offered hourly from 4:00 pm with the final bus departing Summerfest at 12:30 am. GO Riteway’s shuttle drop off and pickup loca- tion at Summerfest is the North Gate. Badger Bus Madison Service Badger Bus will offer special service from Madison to Summerfest five (5) times a day during the festival. Departures on those days will be from UW-Madison at 10:45 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Check the online schedule for departure times from other Madison stops. The bus will drop off at the Wisconsin Coach stop at East Michigan and Jackson Street, four blocks from the Summerfest North Gate. Passengers will be picked up at the same location for return to Madison four times each day - 5:45 pm, 8:00 pm, 9:20 pm and 11:55 pm. Purchase tickets online at BadgerBus.com/summerfest for a special round trip fare from Madison to Summerfest of only $25.
