Vision
Our vision is to use an entrepreneurial mindset to advance Asians across all levels of society.
Why
In America, Asians are vastly underrated and underrepresented in positions of power. We represent 5% of
the American population, but only 1-2% of leadership positions in political offices1, corporations2,
healthcare3, academia4 and entrepreneurship. Eddie Huang, entrepreneur, writer, and chef, puts it well: “I
don't think people understand the model-minority stereotype is negative. You are boxed in. You have to
untangle that to find your own path.” With the creativity and passion associated with entrepreneurship, our
mission is to help Asians break stereotypes, give Asians a voice and support the Asian community.
Mission
We will reach our vision by connecting, educating, and giving back.
Connect: To build connections and create a vibrant community of entrepreneurial-minded Asians
Educate: To promote learning and help Asians develop an entrepreneurial mindset
Give Back: To provide resources to support our Asian community
Program
Examples of our programming include:

Our Team
We are a team made up of entrepreneurs and founders from the finance, retail, academia, and
healthcare industries. As a group we have shared passions for entrepreneurship, giving back, and
advancing Asians in America. We strongly believe entrepreneurship is the key to unlocking the passion and
expression all Asians possess.
