3. ConventionalCurtain wall glazing detail
• In this system the vertical mullions and horizontal transoms are installed
on MS/SS/Aluminium brackets which are anchored to the columns/slabs.
• Cover cap is snap fit on the pressure plates for aesthetic look.

4. Semi-Unitize glazing detail
 In this system the vertical mullions and horizontal transoms are installed on
MS/SS/Aluminium brackets which are anchored to the columns/slabs.
 glass is structurally glazed to the Aluminium sub frame by structural sealant.
The sub frame with the glass is installed on the Grid work.

5. Unitize glazing detail
In this system MS/SS/Aluminium brackets are anchored to the columns/slabs
after detailed site survey.
The complete unit spanning floor height fully fabricated at the factory is
installed on the bracket

6. Spider glazing detail
 Spider glazing is a major concept for facade glazing and elevation glazing
using spider glass hardware. Almost all the exterior design concepts can
be done with spider glazing concepts. Spider glazing is the only option
available for the larger opening elevation in the exterior and entrance of
commercial and residential buildings.

7. Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) detailing
Aluminium composite cladding system or ACP is typically a metal curtain wall
system. ACP is made from light weight aluminium with hard insulation . Aluminium
composite cladding is used for exterior cladding, column covers, fascias and
canopies, interior wall and partition panels, parapets, louvers and sunshades.

8. Stone cladding detail
Mechanical stone fixing. Natural stone cladding on concrete with fixings using
expansion bolts (dry fixing) The following points are taken into consideration when
designing a fixing system for natural stone cladding: Stone dimensions, Cavity
structure, position size and insulation.

9. Louvers
Aluminium Louvers offer total control of sun shade and light as well as providing
ventilation and rain protection. At the touch of a button, Like this you can catch the
sun, shield the wind or create shade exactly as you like, before closing for privacy
and rain protection.

10. 3D Modeling
The process of 3D facade
modeling offers various
benefits including time
savings in the design
phase. Creation of facade
models allows reduction of
the number of steps,
improving design time, at
the same time retaining
fine details of the final
architecture plan. Facade
modelling enables
architects to visualize the
building in physical space
and predict clashes.

11. Shop drawings
Façade shop drawings are the
backbone of any façade fabrication
industry. Obtaining architectural
approval is only a small part of
what a quality Façade shop
drawing provides. Façade shop
drawings are a roadmap utilized by
project managers and installers,
and can greatly affect the
profitability of any project. Façade
shop drawings reflect the structure
and shape of the building's façade
at every location. These drawings
maybe submitted for approval
from the consultant and the
architect.

12. BOM & Fabrication Drawing
Bill of Materials (BOM) & Fabrication Drawing are considered as the Key
economical factor for any project. BOM and fabrication drawing stage comes
after shop drawings and assisting for material procurement and panel assembly
at factory.
