The 130 X 40 sq.km stretched Dooars
valley, an important travel destination of
Eastern Himalaya, is covered with lush
green forests and teagardens and
intersected by the rivers like Tista, Torsha,
Jaldhaka & their innumerable tributaries.

Alipurduar district of West Bengal. Its
northern boundary runs along the
international border with Bhutan. The
Sinchula hill range lies all along the
northern side of BTR and the Eastern
boundary touches that of the Assam
State.
