Using ICT (information and communication technologies) in learning and teaching has several key advantages: it allows students to learn quickly and be more motivated, improves their self-esteem, helps them get along with others and discriminate less, and enables them to learn foreign languages, especially English, faster and better by connecting with students in other countries via the internet to become more open-minded. However, equipping classrooms with modern ICT equipment and obtaining high-speed internet can be very expensive for most countries.
