This document provides information about Advanced ShieldClad rigid PVC panels. The 10mm thick panels are suitable for mounting on uneven surfaces or concealing services to provide a hygienic sealed environment. They are commonly used in food manufacturing, commercial kitchens, laboratories, showers, and other wet areas. The panels comply with NHS and food hygiene standards. They are fixed mechanically or with bonding and include preformed corners, edges, and other components.

Mechanically fixed to support system or bonded fitting system.
Components:
10 mm sheet, two part H Section, UPVC cill details, joints and edge trims preformed, and on site thermoformed angle
sections internal/ external corners, UPVC cill details, joints and edge trims. As specified BS ‘food safe’ complying with
EEC regulations for hygiene in food production areas. Directive No 64/ 483 and the requirement as outlined in statutory
instruments 454 and 805 (food hygiene).
Panels comply with NHS Estates Technical Memorandum (HTM) 56.
