Schiedel's chimney flue range includes flue systems for residential and commercial applications. The 3M silicone rubber cold shrink insulation passed the Flammability Test of BSS 7230 without supporting a flame. In addition, these cold shrink insulators were also subjected to a gas flame test as outlined in paragraph 4.4.15 of MIL-C-24643A and met the passing criteria as specified - no fuse was blown during the one hour flame exposure of the 3M Silicone Cold Shrink Tube.

3. SPECIFICATIONS:
The engineering team at Wrekin have a deep understanding of pavement and highway
ironwork performance. Using the very latest tools and software, Unite™ has been
engineered for extremely long life.
Key to Unite’s longevity is minimising seat wear between covers and frames. By
successfully challenging manufacturing conventions, Unite™ has the stiffest cover in its
class and seating which is not vulnerable to movement caused by covers flexing. The Unite
cover structure is patent protected.
To increase surface contact with bedding materials, the underside of the Unite™ frame
features an engineered tread pattern and to inhibit crack initiation, all contours of
the Unite frame, where it engages with the bedding materials are fully rounded – both
patented features unique to this product range.
Wrekin have designed Unite™ to work perfectly with UniPak™ bedding system, the leading
frame foundation system. Comprising polyester resin mortar, packing plates, adjustment
wedges and sharing design principles from the Unite™ frame, the patented system bonds to
form a homogenous, highly durable foundation structure.
