Human chromosomes can have structural errors that affect their shape or number. Some examples include deletions, where a part of the chromosome is missing, duplications where an extra copy of a gene or part of the chromosome is present, inversions where a segment of the chromosome breaks off and reattaches in reverse orientation, and translocations where parts of different chromosomes exchange places. These chromosomal abnormalities can cause a variety of genetic disorders and birth defects depending on the genes involved.
We produce babies , its a gift from nature. The foetus contains chromosome pairs from Mother & Father XX (female) XY(Male) . Sometimes chromosome pairs mismatch with each other and lead to abnormal baby.

The document discusses Microsoft's solution for connecting on-premises Active Directory to cloud services and applications. The solution involves two main components: 1) Microsoft Federation Gateway, which acts as a broker that allows a single sign-on to any connected service once Active Directory is federated through it, and 2) Microsoft Services Connector, which registers an enterprise's domain with the gateway and issues tokens for authentication to services. The solution aims to simplify access to cloud services while maintaining on-premises identity management with Active Directory.
This document discusses ethics in psychiatry. It begins by defining ethics as principles of right conduct, as studied by philosophers since ancient Greece. For psychiatry, ethics provides guidelines for treating patients with respect while balancing care, consent, and clinical judgment. Informed consent is important but can be challenging in psychiatry given issues of competence, coercion, and lack of alternatives. Treatment should aim to restore function and autonomy while avoiding harm. Overall, psychiatry ethics seeks to uphold patient rights and welfare through principled, compassionate care.

Ritalin is the most commonly prescribed drug for ADHD, but it is also a stimulant similar to cocaine. While it helps many with ADHD by increasing dopamine levels and improving focus, it also has abuse potential and long term undesirable brain changes are possible. There is also debate around whether ADHD is sometimes misdiagnosed, leading to unnecessary Ritalin treatment that could increase risk of depression or change brain development. Due to their similarities, some are also concerned that Ritalin could act as a gateway drug to cocaine use.
Ritalin is the most commonly prescribed drug for ADHD, but it is also a stimulant similar to cocaine. While it helps many with ADHD by increasing dopamine levels and improving focus, its similarity to cocaine raises concerns about potential long-term brain changes or risk of addiction. Additionally, misdiagnosis of ADHD is common and can lead to unnecessary Ritalin treatment that may increase depression risk or make individuals more prone to cocaine use later in life. The drug's safety and appropriate use remains an ongoing source of debate.

Climate Impact of Software Testing at Nordic Testing DaysKari Kakkonen
My slides at Nordic Testing Days 6.6.2024
Climate impact / sustainability of software testing discussed on the talk. ICT and testing must carry their part of global responsibility to help with the climat warming. We can minimize the carbon footprint but we can also have a carbon handprint, a positive impact on the climate. Quality characteristics can be added with sustainability, and then measured continuously. Test environments can be used less, and in smaller scale and on demand. Test techniques can be used in optimizing or minimizing number of tests. Test automation can be used to speed up testing.
