Brief Description:
The Global Debt Management System (GDMS) project is a migration of the Common Debt
Management System (CDMS) from a Lotus Notes application to a Web application on the intranet. It
contains all functionalities that are currently available in CDMS 1.4 plus a number of enhancements
to make the tool a truly worldwide A/R Collection vehicle GDMS use J2ee as front-end and a DB2
z/OS back-end.

Common Debt Management System (CDMS)

Brief Description:
The Common Debt Management System (CDMS) is an enterprise application to manage Debt
Collection activities. This includes Forecasting and Dispute Management.
CDMS has a Lotus Notes front-end and back-end. Debt Collection follows a monthly cycle of events
designed to ensure that all outstanding Invoice is reviewed and chased where appropriate.
Management can identify prioritized items, and the system design shows the Collector which items
are to be collected by Direct Debit or Credit Card, which items are under Dispute with the Customer.

  • 4. Common Debt Management System (CDMS) Technologies: Lotus Notes, Domino Designer. Duration: July 2007- April 2009 Brief Description: The Common Debt Management System (CDMS) is an enterprise application to manage Debt Collection activities. This includes Forecasting and Dispute Management. CDMS has a Lotus Notes front-end and back-end. Debt Collection follows a monthly cycle of events designed to ensure that all outstanding Invoice is reviewed and chased where appropriate. Management can identify prioritized items, and the system design shows the Collector which items are to be collected by Direct Debit or Credit Card, which items are under Dispute with the Customer.
