USE OF ADJECTIVES TO
       DESCRIBRE NOUNS

My name isYeimy Alexandra López. I am an
English teacher. Today, we will learn to use
adjectives when describing nouns.
Adjectives are words which tell us something
about nouns, that is about a person, an
animal, a thing or a place. They usually come
before the nouns they describe.
EXAMPLES:
 The girl is beautiful
 That snake is ugly

                                         Mike is tall
                                       Jhon is short

 Itis a big red chair
 The bag is small and old
 It is a French table
 Peter is thin and strong
 An adjective describes how something 'is'. For
this reason, we usually use the verb 'to be'
  when using adjectives.
 Example:

                   Maryis an intelligent woman.
 The students are very talkative.

 I am not too strong.
 Adjectives
don't have a singular and plural
form OR a masculine, femine and neuter form:
EXAMPLE: They are very intelligent students.
         Karen is tall and thin.

 Adjectives are always the same! Never add a
    final -s to an adjective.

EXAMPLE: A big white cat.
It is a big new house.
