Three candidates - Cohen, Fisher, and Moore - are evaluated based on their experience, industry knowledge, selling skills, education, motivation, and other attributes. Cohen scores highest in selling skills but lacks industry experience. Fisher has relevant experience but lacks knowledge. Moore has the most industry experience but lacks in selling skills. After weighting each candidate's strengths against the job requirements, Moore emerges as the most qualified choice despite having some weaknesses in selling ability, due to his significant experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
