WORKING EXPERIENCE
• Jan 2016 to June 2016 : Commercial Manager for Leroy Merlin, Larissa.
Responsible for the department of electricity and pluming. Among my duties
were the daily monitoring of sales, orders, stock, training the people
according to company’s standards, customer and consumer behavior and
satisfaction, management of the whole store, competition, advertising.
Member of the board responsible for all the operational and strategic
decision’s which the store will take and implement.
• Oct 2015 to Jan 2016 : F&B Team Leader for IKEA, Larissa
Responsible to manage the F&B team, organize the commercial actions,
shifts, orders, stock, monitor the budget, customer satisfaction and loyalty,
coordinate the staff members.
• July 2013 to September 2014: General Manager (C.E.O). SY.F.THE Farma-
Logistics, co-operative, Volos.
Some of my duties where:
1. Responsible for the trade policy, planning and implementation of commercial
activity, financial management, product availability, pricing, promotions and
commercial activities, sales targets, customer service.
2. Responsible for the proper operation of the business, control and
coordination of the operation of the company, development of audit
procedures.
