• Manages effortsindevelopingchannelpartner’sproductsupportcapabilities(Service ADVISOR,
DealerTechnical AssistanceCenter,Tools,Facilities,WarrantyAdministration) toimprove customer
satisfaction.
• Deliversproducttraining,technical,and/ormanagementtrainingtochannel partners,company
employeesorcustomersandfacilitateschannel partneremployee developmentbycounselingthemon
trainingplansandclassenrollment.
• Providesmarketingsupporttoensure productoptimizationviacustomerclinicsandassisting
withdemonstrationsandfarmshows.
• AdministersCompanyproductwarranty/ProductImprovementProgram(PIP) policiesand
resolvesotherreimbursementissues.
• Dependingondivisionrequirements,maydevelopchannel partner’sservice
management/profitabilitycapabilities.
• Administersproductsupportpoliciesand/orprocesses.
• Tracks and reportscompetitiveperformance.
