The world needs dreamers and
the world needs doers. But
above all, the world needs
dreamers who do.
- Sarah Ban Breathnach

Keep your dreams alive. Understand to
achieve anything requires faith and belief in

A dream is a goal with out actions
Setting goals is the first step in turning the
invisible into the visible. - Tony Robbins
• Dreams needs to be converted as Goals
– You need to turn your dreams into action.
– Goals make the visions of your dreams
– Have long term goals and short term goals

• Goals should be based on what you think you should
be doing not what you ‘like’ to do.
• Most of our goals are based on external factors –
your company, advertisements, or ‘your family’
Goals
What keeps me going is goals - Muhammad Ali
• Goals not met with commitment, passion or
foundation are never met.
• Write them down
• Break them down to smaller goals
• Look at them on a particular interval
• Review and revise the goals
• Share the goals
SMART Goals

accomplish with all the details.
• Decide on Six ‘W’s
– Who accomplishes
– What to accomplish
– Where
– When
– Which (are the things holding you back)
– Why (accomplish this goal)
Measurable
Don't measure yourself by what you have
accomplished, but by what you should have
accomplished with your ability.
• Are you able to measure your progress ?
• What is not measured is never improved.
Achievable
• Is your goal with in your reach given your
current situation?
– Attitude
– Abilities
– Skills
– Financial Capability
Relevant / Realistic
• Is your goal relevant towards your purpose in
your life ?
• Is it relevant for a greater goal?
Time bound
• What is the deadline for completing your goal
When it is obvious that the goals cannot be
reached, don't adjust the goals, adjust the
action steps. – Confucius

Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there
Don't be a time manager, be a priority manager. Cut your
major goals into bite-sized pieces. Each small priority or
requirement on the way to ultimate goal become a mini
goal in itself.
People with goals succeed because
they know where they're going
