As a member of HKIBIM and BuildingSmart HK, he is committed to the idea of an open BIM environment in Hong Kong. Before his career at GRAPHISOFT, he has worked in architecture in Brasil and Hungary, where the use of BIM is widely established, so he has totally 8 years of relevant experience.

New, priority based junctions, intelligent building materials ensure correct graphical representation of elements and materials in sections, surfaces in 3D views, and thermal properties throughout the building energy evaluations. ARCHICAD’s powerful view setting possibilities, its unique drawing handling, together with the integrated publishing capabilities ensure that printing or saving the various drawing sets of a project won‘t require extra time and will be derived from the same Building Information Model.

INTRODUCTION OF ACEHK
The Association of Consulting Engineers of Hong Kong (ACEHK) is a non‐profit making association
representing the consulting engineering profession in Hong Kong. As an industry group, the association
seeks to set and maintain standards of professional conduct and ethics of consulting engineers,
promote the advancement of the profession of consulting engineering and promote the professional
interests, rights, powers and privileges of consulting engineers.
AIM OF THE SEMINAR
This year the Annual Seminar aims to echo the government’s initiative in transforming Hong Kong into a
world class smart city. To realize the transformation, digital engineering and information technology are
indispensable. Collaboration amongst various stakeholders including the engineering profession is
essential to materialize the new era. The seminar will bring leading experts from a spectrum of
disciplines to share and discuss their insights and experience in utilizing digital engineering &
technology to enable a smarter city planning, to facilitate seamless design, construction and operation
of projects, as well as to embrace the smarter living concept. The morning session will focus on tools
and means to build up the digital twin of the city while the afternoon session will be on project
showcases in utilizing digital engineering.
