Rural Transporlation Improvement Project SA-2 of ACE Consultants Limited from 6 May 2009 to 30

o Supervision and monitoring consultancy for improvement and maintenance of road and bridge
construction.
o Conducting all necessary Laboratory tests and Field tests for sub-grade, ISG, sub- base, base course
and pavement layer for roadway & pile, pile cap, abutment wall, pier column, girder, slab, railing,
footpath and approach road for bridge construction work.
o Monitoring & supervision of all phases of construction firmly following design and
specification standards with the help of quality checklists.
o Consulting with contractors engineers and other professionals & review meeting with XEN, AE and
Upazlla Engineers of LGED randomly.
o Ensure required number of equipment and manpower to accomplish the construction works in time.
o Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report comparing with contractors work plan.
o Notify contractor's faulty or unspecified work to XEN of LGED as well as ARE and RE for
taking stern action.
o Preparation of architectural and structural drawing and estimating for recast or revised the
proposed BOQ in case of additional works.
o Checking and verification of contractor's running and final bills as per work done.
o Ensure work schedule and codes ofconduct ofthe project.
o Ensure Health, Safety and Environment policy at entire project works.
He has been relieved from his services as per the rules and conventions of the Organization.
