appraisal period for FY 2015; which have resulted in the below accomplishments.
Co-led the facilitation of softwareupgrade, related to Business Objects;takingthe software from a 4.0
application to 4.1 application;throughoutall systemenvironments (Development, Systems Test, QA, and
Production)
BI Backend Branch representative / developer for USDA’s-FMS Travel Relocation project; where I often act
as divisional lead,duringdaily scrummeetings; ensuringto keep the project team and direct management
abreastof the status of backend / frontend development efforts, related to the Travel Relocation Data
Mart and Reports
Assisted with the initial development, and took over as BI Backend lead, as itapplies to the updates
related to DATA, MACRO reports - - a report requirement mandated by the Department of Treasury and
OMB
Completed an impromptu FileLayout within one week of receivingthe initial requirements,in support of
USDA’s ACWS Agile Project, that sources FSDW financial data

Conducted research,related to renewing USDA’s WebEx subscriptions - - I contacted the Sales
Representative, and also secured a trial user login for the Web Services division,in order to give them an
opportunity to test the tool and determine if the tool would be beneficial for USDA-NFC
Develops white paper, related to Alternative of Analysis document; comparingtwo parts of our current
FMMI solution:BW vs. HANA

Communication throughout my appraisal period for FY 2015;which have resulted in the below accomplishments.
I, coordinated and managed weekly BOBJ upgrade meetings; ensuringcross-division,and cross-
organizational coordination,between, SAP developers and internal team members (Senior Leadership,
BASIS, and BI Employees)
I, actas ProjectLead (Liaison and Facilitator) between USDA’s internal employees and the Accenture
team, as they work to perform implementation work, related to BSF and APM

Request spreadsheet, in order to keep account of timelinerelated to USDA’s internal Change
Management process (RWMG, CCB, TCCB)

I, am assisting with the mentorship and development of BI Division newestintern, by assistingin some of
her trainingefforts, related to learningsome things related to how BI Division supports USDA, as a
department and all the agencies that makes up USDA architecture
I, created and provided an Adhoc query, atthe request of the Divisional Director,which subsequently
resulted in my producing/ exporting three filelayouts over the course of a coupleweeks, without
receivingany negative remarks from the internal user
