Reviewed and approved KRA's as having been completed at or above expectations. [1]
Development Plan: Sharon has completed her development plan and it has been a
year of professional growth within the Consulting Ops Team. [2] Positively impact key
Metrics: Sharon has covered her area related to revenue forecasting for active projects
well. The accuracy of revenue projections is a very important metric for the business.
[3] Facilitate corporate or divisional-led changes in processes, systems, and policy:
Sharon has done her part to keep up with changes this fiscal year. The primary
changes for Sharon’s work were in the area of transitioning the forecast consolidation
role to Finance due to an Ops Mgr being RIFed and also picking up IWO’s, and B&P
processing due to other personnel changes.
Employee's Significant Accomplishments:
In 2014 I survived my second RIF.
While working in a newly created position in the Global Metrics and Reporting (GMR) team I would
work with project managers to ensure that the GMR team was included in changes and made
aware of projects as they would impact the team. I created a guideline for the operations
management position. I would work various schedules to ensure that I could meet with the global
teams. I solved problems that would arise in projects so that they could complete within their
projected timeframes. I attended meetings on a daily basis and provided feedback to my team.
While working as a business analyst within GBS I have been a team player. I have trained new
team members and I have been a mentor to them answering questions and providing guidance. I
would pick up extra responsibilities to assist my manager in various issues and projects.
I have been actively collecting the backlog forecast for the Diversified Industry. I work with project
managers to get the forecast. I follow up on old forecasts and verify forecasts when there are
major changes to ensure accuracy. I provided my forecast updates to management on time. I have

4. worked with my manager to verify spreadsheets and create new templates for the forecast
process. I followed up on new projects to create a contact and provide templates as necessary to
gain a forecast. I also sent out weekly reminders to project managers for the forecast collection
and I follow up with those project managers that fail to provide a forecast. I have also created a C3
repository to upload the forecasts we receive so that industry managers and project managers can
review. This repository also has the project information, who provided the forecast and also the
date the forecast was provided.
I had weekly meetings with management to ensure any issues were addressed and to gain
knowledge of the business.
I created the Operations Reports weekly and provided them to industry managers for review and
uploaded them to C3.
I worked with Ben Petitti in creating the waterfall file for all industries. I have attended multiple
salesforce.com training to increase my knowledge of salesforce and how it works.
I am always willing to pick up extra work as necessary to ensure that our team is successful. I am
always available to answer questions and I provide prompt response to emails I receive.
I love my job and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with an amazing team.
Manager's Comment:

6. Appraisal
Summary
Comment
Per Michelle Randolph: “Sharon is a strong performer who consistently demonstrates
a willingness to identify/volunteer solutions and best practice that allow the
operations analysts to collectively be successful in providing the best possible
services to those we support. She is a trusted sounding board for the entire team,
and her ability to take on new challenges while maintaining her current workload is
greatly appreciated.”
Below is additional feedback from some of the people Sharon supports:
Ken Wasniewski : Sharon helped me get familiar with the budget tracking/forecast
template and was pleasant to work with. Since I don’t work consistently in project or
program management roles, they guidance Sharon provided on "how we're doing it
now" proved very valuable.
Thang Nguyen: When I have question related to budget / forecasting template,
Sharon replied to me with detailed instruction and I don’t have to ask for further
explanation. She also is very polite in reminding me when I forget to send the
forecast as schedule.
Craig Thornton: My dealings Sharon have all been positive. She seems very attentive
to gathering forecast info and has always been very responsive and dependable;
when she is available she responds quickly and has provided any needed templates
for forecast reporting.
Amanda Noble: My interactions with Sharon has been limited to emails, however she
takes her job seriously and is always gracious to those of us she has to chase. She
has done a good job of making the process as simple as possible. I appreciate the
work Sharon does for CSC.
Bruce Johnson: When I have interacted with Sharon, she was quite helpful. If
anything, I didn't close the loop between my Brazil team and her. Whenever I asked
questions or for assistance she was available and provided me with helpful direction.
Debbie Prince: Sharon has been wonderful to work with on forecast and very helpful.
Rob White: Sharon has been helping me and my direct manager with regard to a
IWO. I've been with CSC now for over 18 years. I've recently joined the IBM Centre
of Excellence and as I'm the only resource in the UK we have had some 'issues'
getting the UK WBS code set up. Sharon has been invaluable in this quest. She has
regularly updated me instantly (unlike others) and informed myself and my Manager
Rich Labar on what needs to be done. In a nutshell - if all employees where like
Sharon then CSC would get a lot more work done... quicker. I'm passionate about
giving feedback for over and above excellence. Sharon has excelled.
Sharon – so glad you are on our team. Thanks for all of the hard work and the good
results. I appreciate your covering your area of responsibility well and I appreciate
your great attitude and demonstrated flexibility.
