This document discusses using dynamic scaffolding and WP-CLI to accelerate custom theme development. It introduces the Produce plugin, which extends WP-CLI commands to inject code like templates, stylesheets, and JavaScript into a starter theme. When run, the WP-CLI commands copy files from the Produce plugin directories into the theme. This facilitates speedy development by avoiding repetitive tasks and ensuring new themes contain necessary components. Base classes and Mustache templates provide reusable scaffolding structures that can be extended for different content types.
