Rapid Solutions Workshops (RSWs)
RSWs are a suite of workshops to accelerate all phases of a systems
development or a package implementation project.
RSWs bring Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and other types of user sessions to the next
level. The events involve project team members and users from all competency threads to deal
with the time-consuming challenges related to obtaining user involvement, soliciting input, issue
resolution, building consensus and reaching final decisions.
They target systems development and package implementation deliverables, utilize ASE
facilitation techniques, and leverage the environment to accelerate the main phases of a CGEY
project.
Workshop represents key project milestones and include:
Strategy and Planning Workshops: project launch,
project charter validation, strategy alignment,

Rapid Package Evaluation Workshops: outline
business requirements, define selection criteria,
