Benefits of AM Personalized practice and a progress-monitoring system helps schools achieve AYP. Libraries can also be aligned to our school’s math textbook.

HOW WILL IT BE IMPLEMENTED?
PHASE 1 *After students have been given instruction on an objective, AM helps the teacher provide differentiated practice for each student. *Teachers and students will receive immediate feedback on assignments scored by AM. *Teachers will ensure student retention of previously mastered objectives through automatic reviews provided by AM.
PHASE 2 *As students master objectives, AM helps the teacher track them. *Teachers will monitor student progress on a daily basis using AM reports.
PHASE 3 *Teachers will diagnose specific student needs using AM reports. *Teachers will address the different needs of average, advanced, and struggling students using AM’s alternative intervention strategies. *AM helps the teachers track the progress of each student on their individual goals.
PHASE 4 *AM helps the teacher re-order objectives based on the district’s pacing guide. *Teacher will use AM reports and classroom procedures to allow students to take ownership of their learning.
PHASE 5 *Teachers will assign objectives from multiple libraries to personalize practice for each student. *Teachers can use Home Connect to help students work at their own pace and level at home, as well as at school.
What does it all mean? Students practicing the objectives in the AM libraries will: Become more confident in their math skills  Be better prepared for more advanced mathematics each year  Be more globally competitive in the years to come  Teachers using the AM libraries will: Receive better diagnostic information to guide instruction  Move students forward more rapidly, producing greater gains  See state test scores rise as a result  Help their schools meet imminent adequate yearly progress challenges
