8. HOW WILL IT BE IMPLEMENTED?

PHASE 1 *After students have been given instruction on an objective, AM helps the teacher provide differentiated practice for each student. *Teachers and students will receive immediate feedback on assignments scored by AM. *Teachers will ensure student retention of previously mastered objectives through automatic reviews provided by AM.

10. PHASE 2 *As students master objectives, AM helps the teacher track them. *Teachers will monitor student progress on a daily basis using AM reports.

11. PHASE 3 *Teachers will diagnose specific student needs using AM reports. *Teachers will address the different needs of average, advanced, and struggling students using AM’s alternative intervention strategies. *AM helps the teachers track the progress of each student on their individual goals.

12. PHASE 4 *AM helps the teacher re-order objectives based on the district’s pacing guide. *Teacher will use AM reports and classroom procedures to allow students to take ownership of their learning.
