4. American Breeze was established in 1999, to trade in air
conditioning units in the Middle East and North Africa. We are a
branch of American Breeze Inc.
Since our inception, we have undergone significant growth in
our share of the air conditioning market and our operations and
services.
To start with, American Breeze built up a network of distributors
across the Middle East and North Africa, to provide and to
support our customers in these regions. We continue to
maintain and improve these networks to this day.
In 2005, capitalizing on our business success to date and the
large scale expansion of construction projects in UAE, the Abu
Dhabi office was established. This enabled us to cater for and
sell directly to this market.
The growth of Middle East office included the creation of a team
of engineers, a warranty service, spare parts warehouse and
increased stock levels.
At American Breeze, we provide technical advice to match
customer requirements to the most suitable product. Our
engineers help design functions to save energy and improve
indoor air quality – frequent specifications for the more
luxurious building projects. Our projects to date include towers,
hotels, commercial and residential buildings, schools and villas.
We are committed to quality products at fair market prices,
prompt service and ultimately customer satisfaction.
The American Breeze quality management system is ISO
9001:2000 certified, in testimony to our constant emphasis on
product and service excellence.

Performance Testing of ACB Products
All American Breeze air conditioning units are performance tested before sale, in accordance with the following refrigerant
regulatory body standards:
• ARI Standard 210/240-94: “Standard For Unitary Air Conditioning and Air-Source Heat Pump Equipment”. (ARI stands
for: Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute).
• ASHRAE Standard ANSI/ASHRAE 37-88, “Methods of Testing for Rating Unitary Air Conditioning & Heat Pump
Equipment”. (ASHRAE stands for: American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning Engineers Inc).
We test all ACB units at either factory test laboratories, or third party test laboratories. The tests can be witnessed by the
Client’s Representative, Consultant, Main Contractor and Air Conditioning Contractor.
American Breeze air conditioning products are most notable for efficient performance in
extreme temperatures and the extensive use of reliable components.

manufacturers, to provide detailed proposals and

heating and/or cooling system needs.
Where existing stock does not match requirements, the
engineers will work with our partner manufacturers to
tailor-make the appropriate product.
Warranty and After Sales Care
B- Warranty & After Sales Service
All ACB air conditioning unit purchases are
issued with a warranty. In the event of operating
problems with ACB units, our warranty engineers
are available to troubleshoot, advising what the
problem may be and how best to resolve it. In
the event that the problem is due to defective
parts or bad workmanship, within a period of
twelve months from the date of commissioning or
eighteen months from the point of delivery, we may
arrange repair or replacement parts, if covered by
the conditions in the warranty.
