Ultrapark has been a very challenging free zone
since most of the a/c systems have been installed
by Multifrio for very different customers with very
specific needs. In HP, 60 variable refrigerant volume
systems were installed in a brief period. Also extractors
and split-ducted systems were set up rapidly. In L3
Communications a clean room with very precise
temperature and humidity control was developed, with
a special air filtering system for the manufacturing of

with a very strict biding system. One of
the most challenging jobs we ever did was
the renewal of the headquarters building of
Costa Ricas’ official Insurance Company
(INS) because it was a very old building and
