The document describes a student organizer application called Maganixer created by Nur Syahira Amira, Siti Nurshahirah, and Muhammad Nur Affendy from the Faculty of Computing at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. This web application is an apps that works as an organizer specifically for UTM
students. Our student organizer or Maganixer focus on reminding the student of the
assignments that they need to get it done and other daily task that the user have set in
the application. The students will fill up the system based on the information that
they can get from e-learning according to their own subjects. Students will fill up the
subjects that they may have enroll for any particular semester. The subjects will act as
a category where every assignment that the student have will be sort in based on its
category. Maganixer also provide the students with daily activity category where the
students can fill it up with things that is non-academic based. Maganixer application
will notify the students for every single assignments or task that they may have fill up
through the user email.
The concept of our web application is to provide a better organizer in a
modern environment. Why Maganixer? Maganixer itself is a combination of the
words magazine and organizer. Maganixer is not just that typical organizer with diary
or calendar-kinda interface, but it has the modern sense and trendy design to match
the minimalist design approach that we are trying to apply in our web application.
With the design of the magazine-kinda-look or like the famous magazine apps
flipboard, it inspired us to have something with similar design as to match with its
name.

2. 1. Maganixer
 Learnability : Easy to understanding system because it has little function
to used
 Efficiency : Less than 3 minutes to complete the task.
 Memorability : Using a white and blue as theme for the web rename
each category make it easy to understand to user.
 Error : No error occur unless they enter the wrong password or
username.
 Satisfaction : User satisfied with the application because it is easy to
achieve their goals to remind their assignment due date.

3. 2. I- Learn UiTM
 Learnability : It can difficult for the 'first time' user, because of the
picture and to many words they given.
 Efficiency : It takes time to learn and understanding the functionality of
the system.
 Memorability : User can hardly memorise each of the category or the
functionality because to many word or text.
 Errors : Not user friendly for 'first time' user to access the portal.
 Satisfaction : The satisfaction for this system is bad because of the
hardeners to use it for the first time and need to learn with the
instructor been given each function that provided and no reminder such
as notification provide for due date assignment need to be sent.

4. 3. E-Learning UTM
 Learnability : Easy to understanding the system because it has little
function to used.
 Efficiency : Task is least to take and it take less than one minute
 Memorability : Easy to memorise because of the interactive interface
and functionality.
 Errors : Error will occur when user insert wrong username and
password.
 Satisfaction : User not satisfying the web because of no notification that
remind user on the due date of the assignment need to be send.

5. 4. Morpheus Unimas
 Learnability : Hard to be learn because to many icon it’s had been insert
in one page and hard to understanding each of the function.
 Efficiency : Task it takes time to learn and understanding the function
given.
 Memorability : Difficult to remember the icon that provided.
 Errors : Error occurs when user need to understand the function for first
time.
 Satisfaction : Take time to understand every function given and user not
satisfying the web because of no notification that remind user on the
due date of the assignment need to be send.

6. 5. Cidos Politeknik
 Learnability : It takes time to learn and understanding the functionality of the
system.
 Efficiency : The task can be easy after user learn this web .but it takes time to
understand each of the function and the application given.
 Memorability : It can be possible that user can forgot on how to used this
application system if it not be used on long time period.
 Errors : Error occurs when user need to understand the function for first time.
 Satisfaction : User not satisfying the web because of the notification that
remind user on the due date of the assignment need to be send.

7. Every application does not have notification that can remind every student to
send assignment before due date. Certain application was hard to understand because
of the application not friendly with user. The application are more text that picture
because of that it can make user confused and do not understand every function have
given.
From this constraint make us think and come out with idea to build the new
web application that can make notification to remind the student before due date of
assignment. An addition, we also provide daily life for student to list thing of their
life.
From our group observation, we figure out the deficiency of other
applications. So we combined all the information and build a new web application to
overcome the problem which is call Maganixer Web Application.
Based on our Testing, Maganixer Web Application works just like what we
expect it to be. Maganixer help users to complete the goals and make reminder for
student to remember due date of assignment.
